Understanding NEPSE returns

Stock returns come from two sources: capital gains (price increase) and dividends.

Total Investment: (Shares × Buy Price) + (Right Shares × Right Price)
Current Value: (Total Shares including bonus × Current Price) + Dividends
Total Return: Current Value - Total Investment
Return %: (Total Return / Total Investment) × 100

Note: Bonus shares increase your shares without additional cost. Right shares require payment.
