To qualify for Nepal Police, you must pass all four physical tests. Minimum requirements differ for men and women.
Male requirements:
• 1600m run: Under 6 minutes 30 seconds
• Long jump: At least 3.65 meters
• High jump: At least 1.17 meters
• Shot put (7.26kg): At least 5.50 meters
Female requirements:
